Dutch and European Legislation

According to the European Consumer Rights Directive and the Dutch Civil Code (Article 6:230o paragraph 4 BW), consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days (without providing a reason).

Exception for Digital Products

However, this right of withdrawal expires as soon as the delivery of the digital product has started, provided that you have given prior express consent and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By purchasing and immediately downloading digital products from Atebite, you agree to the immediate commencement of delivery and the subsequent forfeiture of your right of withdrawal.

International Customers

For customers outside the EU, local consumer protection laws apply. Atebite strives to be transparent and fair, but rights regarding withdrawal and returns vary by country.
